Last month we were told that we had to leave the building that we have been renting for our church for the past year. Praise the Lord, we were able to find a 2-story house for rent that is within walking distance for most of the people attending. We will only be paying $120 dollars a month, but it is in need of many repairs.

2 weeks ago, several of the men and teen boys started working on getting the building ready. There were walls to paint, walls to put in, tile to be replaced on the floor, etc. It was so encouraging how the people were willing and eager to work without me even asking them to!

On the last Saturday of January, 2 trucks came to help with the move. It was a very long day moving everything to the new building, but we were able to move out, clean the place, and turn the keys back over to the owners. The next day, on January 30, we had an informal service in the morning and then worked all morning long on cleaning the new place, unpacking, and getting everything set up. We were very happy to see so many people show up to help!
