Hey friends!
Just wanted to jump on here and share a little update from the road! Our deputation journey is officially underway, and we’ve already had the opportunity to visit four wonderful churches. We’re so thankful for how the Lord is leading and providing every step of the way.

Each church has welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. We’ve been able to present the ministry God has called us to, share our burden for the mission field, and enjoy some amazing fellowship. Honestly, we’ve left every place feeling refreshed, encouraged, and more excited than ever to keep moving forward.

Now, if you’ve seen me lately and thought, “Hmm… he looks like he’s been enjoying deputation a little too much,” you’re not wrong! I’ve been joking with folks that there’s something seriously wrong with the dryers in the U.S.—my clothes keep shrinking! 😂 Either that or the food is way too good. (I think it’s the latter… and I have no regrets. 😅)

One of the best parts so far has been watching our kids adjust and embrace this journey too. They’ve made new friends, and they’re trying and enjoying new things. It’s not always easy living out of suitcases and sleeping in different places every week, but they’re troopers—and we’re so proud of them.

As a family, we’re learning a lot through this season. We’re learning to trust God day by day, to be flexible (even when things don’t go as planned), and to enjoy the journey—not just the destination. We’re reminded constantly that missions isn’t just about the field we’re going to… it’s about being faithful where we are right now—in every church, every conversation, and every opportunity we’re given to point people to Christ.
Here are a few things you can pray with us about:
🙏 That God would continue opening doors with new churches
🙏 For safety as we travel from place to place
🙏 For hearts to be stirred for missions—both here and abroad
🙏 That God would raise up new monthly supporters
🙏 And that we’d stay spiritually refreshed and united as a family
We’re so grateful for each of you—whether you’re praying, supporting, or simply cheering us on from afar.
We’ll keep posting updates as we go—photos, stories, and yes… maybe a few more dryer complaints if the potlucks don’t slow down. 😉
Thanks for following our journey!
With love and joy from the road,
